Study
To increase road safety in the Near East, speed cameras need to transmit offences wirelessly, as manual recording is risky. The devices must be extremely heat-resistant and fail-safe to avoid high service costs and transmission delays. Since many camera locations do not have fixed cabling, data is transmitted via 3G/4G mobile networks. Garderos routers were chosen for this project because of their robustness and auto-recovery feature.
